Create your prototypes in superfast time with this SMT Breakout PCB . Ideal for the 7 mm square 48-QFN or 48-TQFP chip, one face caters for 48-QFN pin out (with traces going to two rows of 0.1 in spaced holes) whilst the opposite face is a mirror-image and caters for a 48-TQFP chip. Simply solder the chip to either side of the board – and you’re al set to link up on any solderless breadboard. Both faces feature a THM pad to let you add a heat sink or connect a wire for grounding.
